About the Role

As a trusted business partner, you will naturally be curious about our organization and driven to help our people thrive.

You will partner closely with leadership teams and develop proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities.

Maintaining open and transparent lines of communication and keeping our teams thriving and well-supported is key.

  • Strategic partnerships with strong client focus based in business acumen are crucial.
  • Organizational design, talent management, and driving initiatives and change leadership require skill and expertise.
  • Helping us get better at this by spending time with our people and developing programs that respond to leaders' needs.
About You

We're looking for someone motivated by cultivating company culture, building businesses and helping people do their best work.

With 10+ years of experience in a People/HR team and 5+ years as a business partner, you have the gravitas to serve as the HR leader for our growing team.

A successful history of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment is also essential.

An entrepreneurial spirit, ability to innovate and operate independently, and think creatively to solve problems are must-haves.

A proven track record of partnering closely with business leaders and articulating how People teams bring value to an organization is also required.

You will be an influencer that leads with empathy, a skilled communicator, and uncompromising when it comes to integrity.
