About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team dedicated to developing market-leading 3D Secure and digital payment solutions for prominent local and international brands. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring our teams consistently deliver best-in-class products that enhance the way we pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal and external customers, as well as the Product team, to analyze their needs and define solution requirements.
  • Facilitate kick-off meetings with customers, product, and business teams to develop comprehensive deliverables.
  • Examine 3DS scheme specifications and payment scheme specifications, advise the development team on necessary changes, and facilitate requirements definition.
  • Create and update user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize, manage, and groom backlog items for development squads.
  • Work with SAFe 6 Scrum delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an Agile software environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken, written, and comprehension), with significant interaction expected with product owners, clients, implementation consultants, and salespeople.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize concurrent tasks.
