About This Role

As a Territory Manager Associate, you will support surgical solutions in theatres, collaborating with specialists and key stakeholders within hospitals. You will establish rapport, credibility, and professional relationships that benefit our customers and align with our values and mission.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate with internal and external teams to support our portfolio of clinical solutions across various surgical specialties.
  • You will build relationships with accounts supported by Territory Managers.
  • You will communicate effectively with stakeholders and understand how our business plans and strategic selling strategies drive territory growth.
  • You will develop educational programs aligned with regional goals and exceed customer expectations while supporting business growth.
