About the Job:
">Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a seamless branch experience.You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions. This includes identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and advocacy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
* Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
* Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.

* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using digital channels.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
