Job Description:

This role is a leadership opportunity that requires strong performance and team management skills. You will be responsible for leading your store through peak trade periods, including Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example: Spend most of your time on the floor coaching, motivating, and driving performance
  • Smash Peak Trade: Guide your store through key milestones, ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded
  • Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and develop seasonal casuals into confident, capable team members
  • Deliver Excellence: Put customers first, ensuring every interaction reflects high service standards
  • Own the Operations: Manage inventory, compliance, and loss prevention to keep the store running smoothly
  • Champion the Brand: Bring the brand to life through visual merchandising and local marketing initiatives
