Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished store leader to drive our Ashmore location forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth, team management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and manage daily store operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Manage stock levels and make strategic decisions about inventory control
  • Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to the team
  • Design and implement promotions and visual merchandising initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment
  • Take ownership and accountability for store performance

Requirements:

  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting performance targets
  • Deep understanding of merchandising principles and strategies
  • Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
