Job Summary

This role leads a retail store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Retail Team Leader will be based within our Retail department and report to the Retail Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Maximising sales through effective merchandise presentation and promotion
  • Cash and stock control management
  • Dispute resolution and conflict management
  • Leading and maintaining a retail store, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A fun, energetic and highly motivated attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in solo outlets and leading a large team
  • Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced tourism environment
  • Leadership skills, including stock replenishment, stock control, and visual merchandising
