Overview

Retail Store Manager - Robina, Queensland at Ghanda Clothing. Join to lead the Ghanda team in Robina and drive store performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and train a team of up to 30 team members
  • Drive Ghanda values with the store team
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise return on floor space
  • Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
About You
  • Demonstrated leadership experience; able to empower the team and lead from the front in line with Ghanda values
  • Customer-focused, strong retail fundamentals, and a serious approach to retail
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but the right attitude is valued over experience
