About the Role:

YHA Australia is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team at Sydney Harbour. As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the property's cleanliness and upholding the high standards expected of YHA properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refresh communal areas, including lounges and dining areas
  • Sanitize bathrooms, guest rooms, and kitchens
  • Restock necessary items, such as toiletries and linens
  • Maintain the property's pristine condition

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
  • Willingness to take direction from others
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Availability of at least 4 days and 4 nights per week
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
