Hardware Engineering Manager Job Description

The role of the Hardware Engineering Manager is to oversee the development of electronic hardware products. This involves managing a team of engineers, defining product requirements, and ensuring that products meet commercial and regulatory obligations.

About the Role:
  • Define and manage product requirements, including hardware specifications and technical documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware engineering management, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of commercial awareness and market trends.
