We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as an Access Representative. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and families.
Job SummaryThe Access Representative will be responsible for providing clinical access and communication support to patients, physicians, and hospital faculty through a call center environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical access and communication support to patients, physicians, and hospital faculty via phone or other digital platforms.
- Assess patient clinical needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain their health.
- Evaluate patient medical concerns and initial screening of patient signs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with the physician's care team and multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Guide patients toward resources appropriate for care and well-being.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Associate's degree considered with BSN completion within three years of employment.
- Current license to practice registered nursing in the state where you live.
- Three years recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room.
- Or two years recent critical care clinical experience with previous clinical experience.

This is a full-time position requiring sedentary work with occasional exertion up to ten pounds of force. The ability to sit for extended periods and work weekends, evenings, and holidays as assigned is necessary. Reliable transportation is required.
