About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on leadership, training, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-site training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of frontline colleagues.
  • Monitor trainee performance, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A high level of integrity, with a strong focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
