Housekeeping Operations Manager

The role of Housekeeping Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel's rooms and public areas. This position oversees the day-to-day housekeeping operations, working closely with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas.
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and ready for check-in by required times.
- Supervise, schedule, and support housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate tasks with Maintenance and other departments as needed.
- Manage linen inventory, supplies, and uniform distribution.
- Maintain lost property records and guest communication.
- Monitor the cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and corridors.
- Assist in training staff to meet quality and brand standards.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required.
- Respond to guest requests and special room setups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar housekeeping management role within a hotel environment.
- Solid knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
- Possess a high standard of professional grooming.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
