**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Support Worker to provide essential care and support to individuals living with disability.

This role involves working closely with participants to enhance their daily lives and wellbeing through person-centred support.

The successful candidate will have experience in youth work or community services, be willing to engage with participants at their own pace, and possess strong communication skills, compassion, and patience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting participants with in-home care and personal routines
  • Assisting with community access and social engagement
  • Providing emotional and social support to encourage independence
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in youth work or community services sector
  • First Aid Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Certificate
  • Driver Licence
