Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Hotel Operations Manager to join our Front Office team at Novotel Sydney Darling Square. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Front Office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of hotel management systems, including Opera/Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred).
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
