**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team on a Full-Time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of front office staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs for front office staff

**Requirements**

  • Relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a front office role
  • Strong working knowledge of hotel management systems, including Opera/Opera Cloud
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management (preferred)
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
