About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Development Director to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a key member of our Behavioural Support Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Clinical and Professional Development Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Clinical and Professional Development Program
  • Train core practitioners to gain proficient registration
  • Assist staff to achieve core registration
  • Maintain a 2-day per week clinical caseload
  • Provide regular weekly mentoring, support, and supervision of Behavioural Support staff
  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly workshops
  • Assist with the Performance review of Behavioural Support Practitioner staff
  • Assist with the recruitment and induction of Behavioural Support Practitioners
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategies, processes, and procedures
  • Implement Quality Assurance standards across the team
About You
  • Must hold current proficient or advanced NDIS registration
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience as a BSP
  • Passionate about providing a quality service and contributing to the overall wellbeing of clients and achieving sustainable outcomes
  • Desire to invest in junior Behavioural Support staff in helping with their development, registration, and supporting the team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and build rapport
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills and clear report writing skills
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle are essential
