Head of Clinical Development

Join HealthcareLink as we seek an experienced professional to lead our Behavioural Support Department. As the Head of Clinical Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Clinical and Professional Development Program, training core practitioners, and maintaining a clinical caseload.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement the Clinical and Professional Development Program
  • Train core practitioners to gain proficient registration
  • Assist staff to achieve core registration
  • Maintain a 2-day per week clinical caseload
  • Provide regular mentoring, support, and supervision of Behavioural Support staff
  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly workshops
  • Assist with performance reviews and recruitment of Behavioural Support Practitioners
  • Implement Quality Assurance standards across the team
About You
  • Must hold current proficient or advanced NDIS registration
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience as a BSP
  • Passionate about providing quality service and contributing to client wellbeing
  • Desire to invest in junior Behavioural Support staff
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
