About the Role

The Welfare Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capacity of labour sending unit welfare staff to implement activities promoting the wellbeing of workers, their families and communities.

This position involves coordinating activities to strengthen LSU welfare teams' case management capacity, maintaining an active community of practice among LSU welfare teams to promote peer learning and knowledge exchange, and facilitating opportunities for continued professional development for LSU welfare staff.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, organisational agility and the ability to balance multiple tasks under pressure. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and case management tools.
