About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Growth to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Corporate Development Officer in driving business development opportunities, including acquisitions, expansion, and development.
  • Drive policy and compliance, ensuring governance, internal and external compliance to ASIC.
  • Execute strategy, maximizing revenue, minimizing costs, designing service models, and ensuring sustainable outcomes with outstanding customer service and safety for all.
  • Support the company secretary with governance responsibilities and stay current with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Be involved in strategic planning, target identification and evaluation for acquisitions, financial due diligence, and 3-statement financial modeling for valuations.
  • Support negotiations, deal structuring, regulatory compliance, post-merger integration planning and execution, corporate governance, compliance, corporate communications, record-keeping, and policy documentation.
  • Be the custodian of the existing company financial model.
  • Regularly interact with various stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, CCO, COO, operational business unit leaders, industry bodies, customers, government officials, banks, lawyers, advisers, and more.
Requirements
  • Superb formal writing skills to update policies, procedures, and complete forms for compliance for ASIC and other bodies, plus board packs and supporting the Co Sec office.
  • Excellent business acumen, likely gained in highly commercial environments, and a desire to put it to good use in a not-for-profit setting.
  • Customer service focus, both when dealing with actual customers and towards key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a broad role where no two days are the same and pivot quickly between activities.
  • High ethical and professional standards and a genuine desire to work for a worthy cause.
What We Offer
  • Salary to be discussed depending on your level of experience and relevance - circa $130-150k+Superannuation.
  • Salary sacrificing available as a not-for-profit employer.

  • Flexible working arrangements to be agreed (generally 1-2 days WFH acceptable - just get your work done and hit all deadlines).
