Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated leader to drive our team's performance and ensure exceptional service standards are met.

  • Demonstrate leadership by example and provide efficient service to guests.
  • Ensure accurate guest accounts and provide helpful information to meet total guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A professional appearance representing our brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • Hold a current RSA certificate.

This role involves driving daily, monthly and yearly targets, providing support through training and coaching, liaising with other departments to ensure service times are adhered to.
