Chaplaincy Role

This is a unique opportunity to serve as the Chaplain of our Preparatory School. As a key member of our Christian Studies team, you will play a vital role in shaping the spiritual and moral development of our students.

Your primary responsibility will be to teach Christian Studies and lead the development of the teaching programs. You will also facilitate and preach at weekly Chapel services and special assemblies, leading and promoting Bible study groups and other ministries for students.

In addition to these duties, you will foster and support ministries engaging the entire College community, including staff, old boys, and parents. This will involve strengthening connections with the Presbyterian Church and its mission, institutions, and programs.

Requirements
  • A qualification in Education and/or Theological/Biblical Studies and NESA registration are essential.
  • You must be a member of a reformed evangelical Christian Church and have experience in Christian ministry with children aged 3-12 years.
  • You should be able to work with and as part of the Christian Studies and Chaplaincy teams across all stages of the Preparatory School.
  • You must be able to infuse Christian values into teaching and recognize the value and uniqueness of each individual within the College community.
  • Professional and personal integrity are also essential.
