About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Supply Chain Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the values and policies of the Reece Group, a leading international company with a strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, including workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.
  • Process sales and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages, as well as communicate with customers and staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the branch.
