We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Supply Chain Operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading international company, while completing a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Embody the company values and policies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
- Process sales and manage stock
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of the branch
We are looking for a candidate with good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. You should be a team player, willing to give new things a try, and maintain a neat and tidy workplace. Saturday availability is required, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended.
