Responsibilities
  • Team Oversight: Assist in managing the care coordination team, providing guidance and support as required.
  • Administrative Support: Ensure smooth daily operations including scheduling of client appointments, call handling, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Monitor appointment availability, make adjustments to meet client demand, and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintenance of Accurate Records: Maintain accurate files and documentation to support effective decision-making.
