Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solutions Architect, responsible for managing software installations, configurations, and support in customer environments. This position requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software installations, configurations, and support in customer C4I environments.
  • Set up and test integrations between C41 software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Design, implement, and support technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Align stakeholders and ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products.
  • Stay up-to-date with C4 software product roadmaps and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat.
  • Proficiency in deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Familiarity with administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, as well as ITIL principles.
