Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and taking ownership of a portfolio of asset management projects. You will work closely with national clients on operational readiness and asset performance improvement projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure seamless integration with existing maintenance systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment required for maintenance activities.
  • Review, implement, and improve asset management systems and processes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience in maintenance and/or operations, preferably in hydrocarbons, manufacturing, or mining environments.
  • Experience developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity systems and databases (i.e. Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, MEX).
  • Confidence with Root Cause Analysis, FMECA/FMEA and Equipment hierarchy development, facilitating workshops to address any identified reliability issues.
