Engineering Position Overview
The Field Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual mechanical inspection programs to optimize facility performance.
  • Coordinate field inspections across mechanical, electrical, and civil assets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and update Mechanical Integrity Inspection Plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in shutdown planning and execution to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage critical corrective maintenance activities to prevent asset failures.
  • Conduct engineering investigations and root cause analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee Management of Change processes to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Industrial asset maintenance and inspection experience is essential.
  • Experience with engineering project management and processes is highly desirable.
