The Role

We are seeking an HR Driver to join our team at our Unanderra location. As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for multi-stop pickups and deliveries of bins and sharps collectors along an assigned daily run. Your day-to-day tasks will include loading and unloading the truck, scanning products as delivered and collected, and liaising with our customers.

What We Offer

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in the waste management industry. We offer a comprehensive training program, including licencing and other training required to set you up to be a HR licenced truck driver, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading the truck
  • Scanning products as delivered and collected
  • Liaising with customers
  • Participating in our comprehensive training program

Requirements

  • Hold a current unrestricted driver's licence for a minimum of 24 months
  • Driving History Check with a minimum of 8 demerit points remaining
  • No heavy vehicle driving experience required
  • Passionate about working as a team
  • Excellent customer service ethic
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Resilient attitude
