Our comprehensive 5-day induction will welcome you to the business and provide TCI training. This will equip you with the necessary tools to feel confident in your role.

  • Supporting young people with personal care, daily routines and activities
  • Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
  • Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
  • Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
  • Collaborating on individualised care plans
What You'll Bring
  • Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
  • Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
