Job Description
Our team specializes in rural property valuation, focusing on tailored expertise for large-scale agribusiness projects. Key areas of specialization include beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, sugar production, irrigation, blood stock breeding, training, and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post-farm gate seafood, and water entitlements.
- Opportunities abound across Victoria and South Australia.
- Exposure to diverse agribusiness-based properties.
- Collaboration with the Agribusiness Transaction team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer with 2-5 years' experience post-CPV qualification.
- Strong business relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Valid Australian drivers' license.
- Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions.
