We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for coordinating parts on service work orders, assisting with parts enquiries, and allocating freight onto service work orders.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong computer literacy. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to lift heavy objects.

As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing parts inventory and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate parts on service work orders
  • Assist with parts enquiries
  • Allocate freight onto service work orders
  • Monitor parts and service back orders
  • Assist team with part availability and freight costs/quotes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Valid driver's license
  • Lifting heavy objects
