Project Manager

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality projects and events aligned with strategic objectives. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in planning and implementing detailed projects to support timely and effective delivery of program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement detailed projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Organise logistics and implementation of events within agreed timeframes and budgets, ensuring objectives are fully met.
  • Act as a coach and work with team members and internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver projects and events.
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support successful delivery of the project.
  • Create and manage up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports, and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Degree with subsequent relevant experience in project management.
  • Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in project management.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Special Requirements:

This position requires the incumbent to hold a current Working with Children Check.
