
Quality and Education Director

This pivotal role champions aged care excellence through quality, compliance, and staff education. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care through management of education, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The job requires partnering with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence aligned with regulatory requirements. You will lead the development and implementation of staff training and development calendars, conduct reviews of audit tools, and ensure accurate analysis of service provision. Additionally, you will align staff education with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and direction for quality and education services.
- Development and implementation of training programs for staff.
- Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong clinical background and a passion for quality care in aged care settings. You will have experience in staff education, compliance, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. Qualifications and experience required include:
- Division 1 nursing qualification with current registration and substantial experience in aged care services management.
- Qualification in Quality Assurance or relevant Management Degree.
- Experience in conducting training sessions.
- Experience in a similar position in aged care, health, or community services.
