We are seeking an administrative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. If you bring experience from financial institutions, professional services, or ideally an accounting firm, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

In this Client Services Admin position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the partners and team members. As part of the Business Services and Tax team, you will be responsible for professionally engaging with clients and colleagues, communicating clearly and articulately.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Confidently using various technologies to streamline workflow, with an interest in learning new platforms.
  • Providing high-level support to team members and partners, helping with tasks that keep our services running seamlessly.
  • Collaborating on income tax returns and financial statements, preparing and sending necessary documents to clients.
  • Assisting with invoice preparation, month-end documentation, and maintaining corporate compliance through tasks such as downloading company statements and preparing ASIC forms.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Prior experience in an office administration role (at least 12 months of Australian experience).
  • Experience in an accounting firm is highly valued, with knowledge of MYOB and Xero being an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to plan and prioritize effectively.
