Senior Commercial Project Manager

Our company specialises in managing and operating bulk fuel terminals across the country. We offer a range of services, including storage and handling of bulk liquid fuels, maintenance and engineering.

As a key leadership role within our Engineering team, you will ensure the effective commercial governance and performance of asset management, including commercial delivery of capital projects.
Responsibilities include managing all aspects of commercial strategy, contract administration, cost management, procurement interface, and risk analysis throughout the full project lifecycle.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, legal departments, and external partners to ensure transparency, accountability, and value protection in all commercial dealings.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A commercially astute professional with a strong track record managing large complex commercial functions in industrial project environments.
- Deep knowledge of project delivery models and financial structures.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, construction law, engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting client-side asset management agreements and projects valued up to $50 million.
- Deep knowledge of commercial models such as EPC, EPCM, D&C, and Principal Contractor delivery structures.
