Job Title: Operations Manager

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and manufacturing function. Key responsibilities include motivating and leading the dispatch and receivables process, managing operational costs, ensuring inventory and stock levels are accurate, and overseeing the import and export of goods.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivating and leading the dispatch and receivables process
  • Managing budgets and operational costs
  • Ensure inventory and stock levels are accurate and monthly reporting
  • Oversee the import and export of goods
  • Tracking supplier performance
  • Review and maintain the supply chain process
  • Participate in planning for production levels and operational schedules

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require demonstrated leadership skills in managing manufacturing and warehouse teams, outstanding written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and experience in continuous improvement.
