Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Anduril Australia. As a Business Development Director, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new business opportunities and capabilities for the company.
You will work closely with our Mission Operations team to execute contracts, grow business with existing customers, and develop strategies to capture new opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate our value to customers, convey insights about our approach to building next-generation defense technology, and highlight our competitive edges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This includes a strong understanding of machine learning, autonomy, distributed networking, and multi-modal sensor fusion.
- Structured Thinker and Problem Solver: You will need to think critically and develop well-thought-out plans that are practical and implementable. This requires excellent communication skills, the ability to distill complexity into its essential components, and support execution.
- High Value Team Member: As a member of our team, you will enjoy working collaboratively with account teams, engineering, logistics, technical operations, and more. You should be humble, eager to learn, and empathetic towards your fellow team members.
