As a senior leader in the biotechnology industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and vision of our organisation.

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to join our executive leadership team as Chief Executive Officer. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a mature business with a strong pipeline and experienced team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record at a senior executive level within the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical sectors, with expertise in scientific, clinical, and commercial areas. Prior experience with ASX-listed life sciences organisations would be well regarded.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate our strategy and long-term objectives to stakeholders. A strong networker with connections across the biotechnology ecosystem, they will also have sound financial management skills and a commitment to accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage the executive leadership team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, investors, and pharmaceutical partners.
  • Oversee performance against key result areas and provide timely feedback to the Board.
