Job Opportunity

As a seasoned construction law professional, you will collaborate with a dynamic Australian company to provide expert support and advice in reviewing, managing, and enhancing contracts and agreements.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Attending crucial tender, contract, and dispute resolution discussions and negotiations
  • Delivering cost-effective outcomes with a focus on repeat business (approximately 80%)
  • Leveraging strong local connections, particularly throughout regional Australia
  • Operating within a flat structure and acting as a trusted partner for Government

You will have the chance to work on complex construction projects across building and infrastructure projects, leveraging your expertise in entrepreneurship and nation-building mindset. Strong local knowledge and ability to work with in-house engineering teams is essential.

Key requirements:

  • 3-10 years of post-graduate experience (PAE) in construction law
  • Specialisation in complex construction across building and infrastructure projects
  • Strong entrepreneurship and nation-building mindset; leading digital construction methods
