Global Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our international student recruitment strategy. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping enrolment outcomes and enhancing the student experience.
This high-impact, collaborative role involves building global partnerships, supporting sales performance, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance across all recruitment activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align recruitment and admissions strategies, contribute to growth objectives, and represent the organization at industry events.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in international education recruitment or sales;
- Proven success in agent relationship management and market development;
- Strong understanding of international markets, student behaviour and trends;
- Knowledge of visa regulations and compliance for international students;
- High-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Relevant degree such as business, marketing, international education or a related field;
