This role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful execution of projects by providing technical expertise and advice to support the MPS Project Manager and MITSS. Under direction from the Project Manager, this position plans, organises, coordinates, and controls the scheduling of team tasking, priorities, and sprint planning activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by KBR.

The Project Coordinator has responsibility to the Project Manager in providing required deliverables in accordance with agreed project schedules and deliverables. This role ensures that required project information is available when and where it is needed to support other service management processes.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience, to attract top talent in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing project operations and activities. You will provide support and input to capture and business pursuit activities, meeting project scope, schedule, and budget plans. You will also attend and provide secretariat support to relevant customer meetings as required, report on project status as needed, and contribute to the identification and managing of technical risks and issues within the support to operations scope.

Required skills and qualifications include 3-5 years' experience within a project management coordination role, qualifications in related technical and/or project management fields, experience in software development environments, strong client and staff engagement, relationship, and communications skills, strong organisational and coordination skills, and current or eligible to obtain a Defence security clearance.
