Varsity Softball Coach

The Varsity Softball Coach is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing softball team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance.
  • Recruit and develop talented players through effective tryout and training processes.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful team culture.
  • Collaborate with the athletic department to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Be an educator employed by the school district.
  • Have completed or be enrolled in the course "Care and Prevention of Athletic Injuries, Coaching Fundamentals and CPR/AED"
  • Complete/submit the online application.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for mentoring young athletes.
