Our organization seeks a skilled Event Coordinator to lead and deliver face-to-face and hybrid enterprise-wide events.

This role will be responsible for managing and executing customer-facing events, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and effective management of event resources.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years' experience in event and convention management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, are also required.

A demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, fostering strong relationships and driving project success, is essential. Results-oriented individuals with excellent organizational, time-management, and account management skills, including the ability to work independently and unsupervised, are encouraged to apply.

We seek candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to understand and communicate novel concepts and ideas related to events. Knowledge of current trends in events and exhibits, as well as experience working with external vendors, are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operating units to deliver exceptional event experiences, prioritizing quality, timeliness, and adherence to established standards.
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure optimal pricing and services, ensuring compliance with our organization's standards.
  • Manage event budgets in collaboration with LT and marketing teams, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and adherence to assigned budgets.
  • Maintain current knowledge on new trends in events and exhibits, applying innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in event and convention management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Cvent attendee management advantage is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
