Logistics Manager Position

This role is accountable for overseeing the entire logistics process of goods and materials from production to end customers in Australia.

  • Manage order processing, international transportation, storage, and local delivery to ensure compliant operation and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with commercial, logistics centers, production, finance teams to ensure smooth operation.
  • Verify shipping documents, including packing lists and transportation insurance documents.
  • Responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming items, ensuring quantity and quality meet order requirements.
  • Pick and pack goods according to order requirements, ensuring integrity and safety of goods.
  • Arrange for pickup of goods, coordinating with transportation suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze freight costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business-related studies.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in Logistics, Customs operation, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in Biotech, Life Sciences industry is an added advantage.
  • Quick learner with strong communication, coordination skills, data analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English required for collaboration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
