Sonic HealthPlus is Queensland's largest hand and upper limb rehabilitation organisation, with a team of approximately 46 practitioners in hand therapy and 15 administration staff operating from eight clinics in the greater Brisbane area.

We deliver state-of-the-art treatment programs and innovative rehabilitation techniques for our patients, working closely with leading hand and upper limb surgeons. Our caseload ranges from elite sportspeople and multi-trauma, to conservative management of tendinopathies and degenerative disease.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer to join our team, working across various locations, including Ipswich, Brookwater, Chermside, and Central CBD. This is a Full-Time position, working 38 hours a week, 9 days a fortnight.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Practice Manager, managing a variety of tasks and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception and general administration duties
  • Processing medical bookings
  • Results management
  • Administering health questionnaires
  • Data inputting
  • Invoicing

Requirements

The successful candidate will be well-organised, have great administration skills, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills. They must have an eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients.

Previous medical/clinical experience and/or receptionist experience will be highly regarded, however on-the-job training will be provided.
