- Oversee end-to-end fibre project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless delivery and vendor management.
- Implement governance, risk management, and change control processes.
- Approve completions and invoices, ensuring quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct site visits, maintaining workplace health and safety standards and audit requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational delivery issues.
Demonstrated experience managing complex construction programs.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and vendors.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Office suite).
Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements for field operations.
Experience with land access and permitting processes.
