Provide Exceptional Guest Experiences as a Butler

Crown is a renowned destination for luxury, boasting three established hotel brands: Crown Towers, Crown Metropol, and Crown Promenade. As a Butler, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.

This part-time position requires a minimum of 48 hours per fortnight. In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized service to VIP guests
  • Coordinating food and beverage services
  • Anticipating and resolving guest needs with exceptional problem-solving skills

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions

We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in fine dining and food and beverage services
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

Preferred criteria include:

  • Hospitality qualification
  • Luxury hotel operations experience in a frontline role
  • Understanding of hotel property management systems (preferably OPERA)
  • Previous exposure to the VIP service industry
