As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering regulatory reform projects that enhance safety and quality outcomes for apprentices and trainees across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of seven to deliver regulatory reform projects that improve safety and quality outcomes for apprentices and trainees.
  • Develop and implement innovative regulatory solutions that are comprehensive, practical, and effective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommendations from the Apprenticeship Taskforce's Final Report.
  • Provide high-level authoritative and technical advice to Cabinet, Ministers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation, including program/project management plans, schedules, and resource plans.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Executive management and leadership experience with technical proficiency in policy reform initiatives and strategic projects.
  • High-level strategic, problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory and legislative reform, establishing new regulatory frameworks and models.
