About The Role

This part-time role is a crucial part of our Customer Experience Team, serving as the customer's primary point of contact and owning customer issues from start to finish. As a Customer Experience Officer, you will provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors, thinking on your feet and having a can-do attitude to deliver solutions at a fast pace.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work within a team, engage positively with people of all ages, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including early mornings, midday, and late nights, across weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors
  • Solve problems and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Team to deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our facilities and services
